Our Story
Broc Mechanical’s story began in 1990 when two friends, Chris and Chris, decided to combine their skills and start their own plumbing company. Before founding Broc Mechanical Inc., both had worked individually in the construction industry. However, they discovered a shared passion for plumbing and a deep understanding of the value of small businesses and local partnerships. Having been friends since grade school, they recognized the importance of building strong, lasting relationships within their community. It was essential for them to establish a business that not only delivered expert service but also prioritized trust, integrity, and a personal touch.
What started as a small, two-person business quickly gained a reputation for reliability, quality, and attention to detail. Over the years, Broc Mechanical grew steadily, earning recognition as a company committed to excellent service and effective solutions. Chris and Chris' dedication to growth and excellence led them to take on larger projects, including work for local hospitals, universities, and industrial warehouse fit outs. Despite partnering with major general contractors, Broc Mechanical has remained committed to the small businesses and homeowners that helped them get their start.
Today, Broc Mechanical’s work spans a wide range of services, including but not limited to piping, med gas, compressed air, backflow, sewer laterals, and service calls. Throughout all projects, Broc continues to uphold its founding values of trust, integrity, and quality workmanship, regardless of the job's size.
Our Mission
At Broc Mechanical Inc., we are dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality plumbing services across residential, commercial, and industrial markets, all while fostering strong relationships and upholding an honest approach.
Our Services
Piping
Commercial plumbing piping installation involves systems for water supply, drainage, and sometimes gas lines. Installation of these systems require a detailed eye and expertise in pipe sizing, fitting, and fixture placement.
Med Gas
Medical gas systems require specialized piping materials and installation techniques to ensure gas purity and prevent cross-contamination. Installations of Med gas systems must adhere to strict codes and standards, such as NFPA 99.
Compressed Air
Commercial compressed air work requires careful planning, proper materials, and expert execution to ensure efficient and safe operation.
